WHEN WILL YOU SHIP?

For custom products, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be manufactured. For other products, your order will be shipped within 48 hours.

HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE?

  • Shipping times may vary slightly from country to country. Generally, Expedited Shipping takes 1-3 business days, while Standard Shipping takes 7-10 business days.
  • To determine the shipping time for your country, simply add a product to your cart, enter your shipping details, and the system will provide you with the relevant information.

HOW MUCH DO I PAY FOR SHIPPING?

  • As part of our standard service, we provide Free Standard Shipping on orders over $70 and Free Expedited Shipping on orders over $160.
  • For orders under $70, shipping is at $9.99.
  • For orders under $160, you will also have the option to select Expedited Shipping.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We offer free returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. No extra costs. No questions asked.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

We only refund items if they are defective or damaged. Our refund policy lasts 30 days.

CAN I SEND AN ORDER AS A GIFT?

Absolutely. You can ship our products directly to your friends or family members by entering their address as the shipping address, and your own as the billing address. We don’t include any value invoices inside the packaging. Any receipts are sent directly to your own email address.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER HASN’T ARRIVED?

In the event that a period of 5 business days has passed beyond the expected arrival date and you have yet to receive your order, please email us from our Contact Page and we'll find a resolution for you.
