How long does shipping take?

  • Expedited Shipping typically takes 1-3 days, while Standard Shipping typically takes 7-10 days.
  • To determine the estimated time of arrival for your country, simply add a product to your cart, enter your shipping details, and the system will provide you with the relevant information.
How does shipping and delivery work?
  • For custom products, once an order is placed, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be manufactured.
  • For other products, your order will be shipped within 24 hours.
  • Our expected dispatch times may differ during busy holidays periods, we appreciate your patience with this.

How much do I pay for shipping?

  • As part of our standard service, we provide Free Standard Shipping on orders over $40 and Free Expedited Shipping on orders over $100.
  • For orders under $40, shipping starts at $9.99.
  • For orders under $100, customers also have the option to select Expedited Shipping.
  • To determine the exact shipping cost and the estimated time of arrival, simply add a product to your cart, enter your shipping details, and the system will provide you with the relevant information.

    How do I track my order?

    • Once your order has been shipped, we will automatically send you an email with your tracking number. In the case that you can’t see your tracking details, please contact us at: support@siamkickfight.com.

      What countries do you ship to?

      • We ship our products worldwide. In the event that your country is not listed as an available option during the checkout process, kindly reach out to us via our Contact Page and we will promptly address the matter to accommodate your needs.

      Returns, Refunds, Exchanges

      Do you have a returns policy?

      • We offer free returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please see our dedicated Refund Policy page for more information.

        Can I return my order for a refund?

        • We only refund items if they are defective or damaged. Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your order has been delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.

          Can I exchange my order for a different product/variation?

          • You can certainly return your order to us for an exchange to a different product/variation, provided it is returned within 30 days and the product is in its original condition. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

            Do I have to pay for returns?

            • You will be only be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

              How long does it take for my return/exchange to be processed?

              • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund by examining the condition of the product.

                How long does it take for my refund to be exchanged?

                • Should you receive a refund for your order, you will receive an email from us confirming that the refund has been processed from our end. From there, it will take 1-3 days to process into your account, depending on your bank.

                          • We continuously restock all our products, so keep an eye out on this website for when they will be available again. You can also sign-up to our newsletter to be the first to know about restocks and new releases.

                            Do you take suggestions or custom designs?

                             

                            • We’re here to take your suggestions. Unfortunately we can’t guarantee your design will be made. We encourage you to send your designs to us at support@siamkickfight.com, where we will forward your designs to our design team.

                              • SIAMKICK Muay Thai shorts are made from MicroSatin, a proprietary blend of microfiber and satin, combining the superior qualities of microfiber and satin to enhance comfort, durability, performance, and aesthetics.

                                Do you offer wholesale or bulk purchase discounts?

                                 

                                  Can I send an order as a gift?

                                  • Absolutely. You can ship our product directly to your friends or family members by entering their address as the shipping address, and your own as the billing address. We don’t include any value invoices inside the packaging. Any receipts are sent directly to your own email address.
                                  • Due to the fact we use external fulfillment partners, we are unable to include messages in the package - we’re sorry!

                                    Are you stocked in stores anywhere?

                                    • Not at the moment. Our products are currently only available on this online store.

                                      Problems with your Order

                                      I have an issue with my order, what can I do?

                                      • Something isn’t right with your order? Don’t worry, our team is always ready to help you. Please contact us by via our email, support@siamkickfight.com, to inform us of the issue. To help resolve things quickly, we request you include photos so we can help identify what has happened.

                                        I think my order is lost/hasn’t been delivered?

                                        • In the event that a period of 5 business days has passed beyond the expected arrival date and you have yet to receive your order, please email us from our Contact Page and we'll find a resolution.

                                          I bought the wrong size, what are my options?

                                          • We offer free returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please contact us to inform us of your sizing problem.

                                            The product I received is faulty/defective

                                            • In the unlikely event that a defect is found, we will replace the item within 30 days from the date of purchase. Rest assured, any associated shipping costs will be covered by us.

                                              Can I cancel or change my order?

                                              • Please email us immediately with the subject line CHANGE or CANCEL and we will do our absolute best to carry out your request. If it has already been dispatched from our fulfillment partner you will need to go through our returns process.
                                              • As we do our best to get your orders out to you as soon as we can, occasionally an order will be processed before the team has a chance to change it. We cannot guarantee a change of order after the order is placed so please select your items carefully.

                                                    • Your privacy and security is our number one priority. We use Stripe as our payment gateway, which is an extremely secure and highly encrypted system designed to protect customers and also hold merchants accountable.

                                                    What payment types do you offer?

                                                    • We accept the good old-fashioned methods of payment, such as credit cards (Visa/Mastercard/American Express) as well as Apple Pay and debit cards that can be used for online transactions. We are currently working on integrating Paypal and GooglePay into our store as well.

                                                    How do I use a discount code?

                                                    • Simply head to the checkout, and on the first page of the checkout there will be a box for you to enter your discount code in. Click “Apply” and you’re all set!
