退款政策
The SIAMKICK® Warranty
- In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, whether it's due to a sizing issue or the model not suiting your needs, please don't hesitate to contact us. We understand that these things can happen and we are here to assist you.
- With every product you purchase, you are entitled to the "SIAMKICK Warranty," which ensures that your product is free from any manufacturing defects. In the unlikely event that a defect is found, we will replace the item within 30 days from the date of purchase. Rest assured, any associated shipping costs will be covered by us.
Returns
- Our return policy lasts 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your order must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- We do not offer returns for custom products, or non-custom products with additional add-ons, unless they are defective or damaged.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and it will take 2-5 business days to process into your account, depending on your bank.
- For international returns, please retain proof of postage as we are unable to provide refunds for items that are not received by us.
- Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- To be eligible for an exchange, your order must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- We do not offer exchanges for custom products unless they are defective or damaged.

Refunds

We're happy to offer refunds if any errors are made on our part, like sending the wrong color, size, or product. In such cases, you can choose to either replace the item or receive a refund.
- If your refund request is approved, then your refund will be processed. From there, it will take 2-5 business days to process into your account, depending on your bank.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your account again. It may take some time before your refund is officially shown. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
