Shipping Cost & Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA)
As part of our standard service, we provide Free Standard Shipping for orders above $70 and Free Expedited Shipping for orders above $160. For orders below $160, customers also have the option to select Expedited Shipping. To determine the shipping cost and the estimated time of arrival, simply add a product to your cart, enter your shipping details, and the system will provide you with the relevant information.
Where do you ship from and to?
Our products will be shipped either from Thailand or a fulfillment center the United States. We ship our products worldwide. In the event that your country is not listed as an available option during the checkout process, kindly reach out to us via our Contact Page and we will promptly address the matter to accommodate your needs.
Expected Dispatch Times
- For custom products, once an order is placed, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be manufactured.
- For other products, your order will be shipped within 24 hours.
- Our expected dispatch times may differ during busy holidays periods, we appreciate your patience with this.
In the event that a period of 5 business days has passed beyond the expected arrival date and you have yet to receive your order, please email us from our Contact Page and we'll find a resolution.
